I bridge the critical gaps between physical operations, business architecture, and technology - always with a human-in-the-loop.
I don't just oversee supply chains. Together with my teams and experts, I build digital nervous systems that allow operating models to reason, adapt, and self-correct. By combining operational technologies and platform stacks, I work to eliminate the friction of manual workflows by enabling autonomous orchestration.
In parallel, I explore the art of the possible in agentic AI - prototyping and publishing blueprints that show what intelligent orchestration looks like in practice. Not theory. Working systems.

Transforming supply chain from cost center to profit center. Driving EBITDA expansion, unlocking working capital efficiency, deploying scalable operating models, and leading digital & data transformation across soft commodities value chain.
Led advisory assignments at boutique consulting company - end-to-end maturity assessments, transformation roadmap development, operational capability upskilling powered by technology, analytics and automation. Developed operating model playbooks for global process excellence. Delivered end-to-end value chain re-engineering assignments, including deployment of SAP S4/HANA and MS Dynamics / D365.
Established greenfield function for a CHF 20B+ agriculture and food leader. Owned functional P&L, 100+ person global organization. Engineered operating model across procurement, logistics, and customer service. Double-digit cost optimization with direct EBITDA contribution. Executed be-spoke development and deployment of the end-to-end supply chain orchestration platform.
Led post CHF 30B merger integration for logistics and procurement. Managed team of 70+ across 80 countries, overseeing CHF 5B group-wide spend. Established global standards, processes, and continuous improvement culture. Owned technology strategy for supply chain resilience.
Delivered market access strategies through supply chain localization. Drove operational and digital upskilling of external manufacturers. Executed 4PL outsourcing initiative end-to-end. Integrated multiple acquisitions including Synthes (CHF 21B).
Delivered supply chain diagnostics and performance turnaround strategy. Developed operating model design across business units and deployed new operating model including TMS and WMS implementation. Launched continuous improvement practices based on Lean Six Sigma.
Where it all started. Led logistics across CEE during P&G's aggressive acquisition period - Wella, Gillette, Braun, Duracell integration. Pioneered EDI and regional SAP roll-out, owned S&OP for the region, built mid and long-term logistics strategy.
